How have you been ?
We, Japan has a custom called “Setsubun” on Feb.3rd. This is a traditional custom for all Japanese people, hul roasted soybeans to devil(outside) which mean to beat off the evil and pray themselves with state of perfect health over the year.
And after that, people eat soybeans numbers of their ages.
Every year, on Feb 3rd, we can hear people saying “Out with evil! and in with forune! ” on everwhere, Shrines and homes.
Yes I did it and ate roasted soybeans.. I think there are so many customs like this in Germany and Sweden, and I like these custom very much, beacuse I can feel changing season with this custom.
So you will visit Japan again and enjoy customs like this, “OHANAMI”(cherry blossom viewing party) ?

お元気ですか？ 日本では、2月に「節分」という行事があります。これは、鬼に豆をぶつけることにより、邪気を追い払い、一年の無病息災を願うという意味合いがあります。そして自分の歳の数だけ豆を食べるというものです。毎年、神社や各家庭で「鬼は外、福は内」と言いながら、豆を撒くのです。もちろん私も・・・そして、ぼりぼり豆を食べました。ドイツやスウェーデンにもいろいろな行事があると思いますが、このような行事は、季節の節目を感じることができて、私はとても好きです。また、日本に遊びに来て、このような行事（お花見？）を楽しみましょう。
