スクリーニング用の日記において、最初の日（つまりＶisit1）は日記に記録す る必要がありますか？

Let me ask you about how to write journal.

On the joural for screening, do I have to write something on the first
day(I mean Visit1) ? or writing from next day is better ? or don’t have
to write both days ?

According to eCRF guideline, I can see “initialling and..” about News
letter which people would write on everyday, it means people have to
write from Visit1 ?

日記の記載方法について質問させてください。
スクリーニング用の日記において、最初の日（つまりＶisit1）は日記に記録す
る必要がありますか？ もしくは、翌日から記載することが正しいですか？また
はどちらでも問題ないでしょうか。
eCRFガイドラインには、「毎日記載する」Ｎews letterには「initialling and
…」と記載されています。これは、Ｖisit1当日から記載しなければいけないこ
とを意味しますか？
