Subject No. 006846のInForm入力方法について教えてください。
当該subjectはVisit1で実施されたスパイロメトリー結果により本試験から脱落
しました。
当該subjectはPIの判断で治療期を開始しましたが、最終的にNigelの意見により
脱落となりました。
この場合、私たちは当該Subjectについて、どのようにInFormに入力すべきか不
明です。アドバイスいただけるでしょうか。
HZA106837のProtocol上、このSubjectはRun-In Failure です。しかし、InForm
にScreen Failure として記録すべきか Run-In Failure として入力すべきかわ
かりません。
なぜなら、Run-In Failure として入力しようとすると脱落理由をERIG_RAND に
入力しなければなりませんが、該当する選択肢がありません。さらに、当該脱落
理由はSCRFAILに記載されています。私たちはどこに入力すべきなのかお知らせいただけるでしょうか。
本件について何か不明な点がありましたらお知らせください。

We would like to ask regarding InForn input method of Subject No. 006846.
This subject is withdrawal subject by the result of Spirometry test at
Visit1.
The subject started treatment period by PI’s decision ,but in the end,
it resulted in withdrawal by Nigel’s opinion.
In this case, we are not sure about where to record the data in InForm,
We would very appreciate it if you could let us give an advice.
Under HZA106837 study’s protocol, this subject is Run-In Failure.
However we are uncertain whether this subject should be recorded as
Screen Failure or Run-In Failure.
If we try to record as Run-In Failure, we have to select the reason of
failure in ERIG_RAND but there is no choice to be recorded there.
Besides the reason of withdrawal is written in SCLFAIL.
We would like to confirm which form should be recorded.
