日本語の難しいをそのまま直訳っぽく英語に直すのはある程度はできるものの、英語表現的におかしかったり、外人が日常使わないようなフレーズになってしまいます。また、あまり着飾った言葉は英語メールでは使わないような気がします。ご参考まで。
