This is the first mail to you. I have questions about license of MacOSX(10.5) software.
Is it OK to copy the some files which is included in install disk of MacOSX(10.5) to other ? Your license permits this ?
I got secondhand Intel Mac which is not installed with MacOS, and the HDD of this machine isn’t format, its brand new one.
I plan to install WindowsOS (ex.VISTA) on my Intel Mac, but I need some driver softwares which is needed for installing WindowsOS. Is it permitted to get driver softwares from my friends via CD or USB memory ?
Or do I need to purchase new MacOSX(10.5)?

MacOSX(10.5)のインストールディスクに含まれる一部のファイルを、他者の為に複製する行為は、許諾契約上許されていますか？
具体的には、私が中古で入手したIntel Macには、MacOSがインストールされてませんでした。そのマシンのハードディスクはフォーマットもされていない、新品同様でまっさらな状態でした。
そのIntel MacにWindowsOS（ex.VISTA）をインストールしようとした場合、MacOSX（10.5）ソフトウエアに含まれている、WindowsOSのインストールに必要なドライバファイルだけを、私の知り合いなどからCDやUSBメモリ等に複製してもらい私が利用することは許されてますか？
それとも、私はあらためてMacOSX（10.5）ソフトウエアを購入しないとならないのでしょうか？
