For instance, UKED0801DIE and 12800PCS would be loaded to ship on Apr.25, but without any notice, we got request with loading 7600pcs of UKWE0801DIE on Apr.20.

We are sorry about shipment delay, but we don’t realize the reason of sudden change.

As long as let us know the production schedule, we can ship along with production schedule. As for us, we don’t know which order would be needed by when, and sudden change comes to us, so we couldn’t explain about this situation to factory side, that is annoying us..

出荷が遅れおりご迷惑をおかけしておりますが、なぜ変更になるのか理由がわかりません。
生産計画をお教えくれれば、生産計画に即した出荷ができると思っております。
弊社としても、どのオーダーが何日までに何本必要なのか分からない為なぜ急に変更になるのか、工場に説明できず困っております。
