4月13日にAsilomar Conference Centerに宿泊用の書類をFaxしたのですが、記入したクレジットカードの期限が間違っていました

I would like to ask you about staying at Asilomar Conference Center during Biologging.

I’m supposed to ask Asilomar Conference Center directly, but I don’t know contact point, so I ask you.

I sent fax to Asilomar Conference Center about document for stay on Apr 13, but I mistook to fill in the expiration date of my credit card, so could you please tell Asilomar Conference Center about my changing ?

New Expiration Date is Year:2003, Month May(05)

I attached the document which I sent to Asilomar Conference Center with fax.

左下のExpiration Dataのところを
2015年5月から、2013年の5月に訂正してください。
